I oversee a portfolio of over thirty live Oracle Fusion ERP modules along with other 13 enterprise systems. My focus has been on driving workflow optimization and seamless system integration particularly between Oracle Fusion and Cerner to improve both clinical and business outcomes. Alongside solution delivery, I lead IT operations covering SLA-based incident management, release cycles, operational reporting, and continuous service improvements. Under my leadership, Sidra has emerged as a reference site in Qatar for adopting Oracle’s latest technologies, making it a regional leader in Oracle Fusion innovation.

Directed the migration from Infor to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This was a mission-critical, multimillion-dollar initiative that aligned finance, HR, and supply chain with modernized cloud processes. I established governance frameworks, ROI models, and adoption KPIs, while managing a large project team in collaboration with Oracle Consulting and C-suite stakeholders. The successful program not only modernized Sidra’s core business functions but also laid the foundation for Redwood UX, AI-driven enhancements, and next-generation digital transformation initiatives.
